How do I get glasses fitted to my eyes?

Make an appointment with your ophthalmologist who will give you a complete assessment of your eyesight. Then you can go with your prescription and your AUDE HEROUARD frame to your optician. You will also find the list of our resellers, HERE .

How should I wash or maintain my glasses?

What should I do if my frame is broken?

How can I return or exchange my glasses and get a refund?

If your glasses do not suit you, you can of course return them to us within 14 days. HERE you will find all the return conditions.

How long is my pair of glasses guaranteed?

Your pair of glasses is guaranteed for 2 years. After this period, we will continue to support you throughout the life of your glasses.

What is the delivery time?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive it within 3 or 5 working days for France and countries of the European Union and up to 10 days for other countries in the world.

Can I have it delivered to a relay point?

You can choose the delivery method to a relay point when ordering. The choice of the collection point is made after payment.

What is the deadline for a return?

You have 14 days from receipt of your package to change your mind and return the product under the return conditions that you will find HERE .

Are returns and exchanges free?

Returns in case of exchange are free only for Metropolitan France. Returns in case of refund are chargeable for Metropolitan France, Europe, and the World. You simply need to send us an email to obtain a return voucher. And we will proceed with the refund or exchange after checking the condition of the product (see the return conditions, HERE ).

What are your reimbursement deadlines?

Once the refund is validated, you will receive it in your account within a week.
