How can I put glasses in my eyesight?

Make an appointment with your ophthalmologist who will give you a complete check-up of your eyesight. Then you can take your prescription and your AUDE HEROUARD frame to your optician. You will also find a list of our dealers, HERE.

How should I wash or care for my glasses?

What should I do if my mount is broken?

How can I return or exchange my glasses and get a refund?

If your glasses do not suit you, you can of course return them to us within 14 days, HERE , you will find all the return conditions.

How long is my glasses guaranteed for?

Your pair of glasses is guaranteed for 2 years. After this period we will continue to accompany you throughout the life of your glasses.

What is the delivery time?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive it within 3 or 5 working days for France and European Union countries and up to 10 days for other countries in the world. 

Can I have it delivered to a relay point?

You can choose the mode of delivery as a relay point when you order. The choice of the collection point is made after payment.

What is the deadline for a return?

You have 14 days from receipt of your package to change your mind and return the product under the returns conditions you will find HERE.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Returns in case of exchange are free of charge for Metropolitan France only. Returns in case of refund are charged for Metropolitan France, Europe, and the World. Simply send us an email to obtain a return voucher. And we will proceed to the refund or exchange after checking the condition of the product (see the conditions of returns, HERE).

What are your repayment terms?

As soon as the refund is validated, you will receive it within a week on your account.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to all European Union countries and the rest of the world.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
